  1. As the road cycling season draws to a close its time toset goals and also begin to think about what we're eating again.

After my off season of eating and drinking what i want...i weighed in at 155lbs...after only 4 days of weights and getting back on the bike, i dropped 150lbs (less than my racing weight :-/). id like to 145lbs without losing my power

so quite simply, how much do we weigh now.... and how much do we want to weigh by the start of the season in March?

    Regards

    Grant

  2. 155 and hope to stay at that weight. It's a good weight for me.

  3. I ride year round. My winter rides are shorter than the other three season rides. Hopefully I dont gain much over the winter. I am currently 175lbs. This is the most I ever weighed in my life. I just bought a smaller lunch box hopefully this helps.

  4. I weigh 166 now ... if I remain <170 all winter I'll be happy (but can typically ride most of the winter).

I was 175 all through college and after. Cycling has been the only thing that brought my weight down.

    know more at chiropracticoflasvegas.com

Why should I go to chiropracticoflasvegas.com to know more? Is there a chiropractic technique for weight loss? Is chiropractic business slow in Las Vegas such that the only way you can advertise is on free internet forums?

Have you ever taken this test:

  6. What is the best things to gain fats

  7. Back in the day my racing weight was between 175-180 lbs (being tall 6'2"😉.

I gave up racing in the mid-1990's. These days my weight has hit 200 lbs. I still cycle but my participation is confined to touring events.
So in order for me to put in a reasonable performance I try to drop my weight to about 190 lbs.
A combination of cycling and running helps me to achieve that.

Although I do find that as the years go by I have to put in far more work for less and less return sadly

  8. 174 at the moment. What's the best way to gain fat? Try doughnuts or almost any traditional American dish.
