moment.
What time to you have to get up?

I leave the house just before 5.30am (difficult this time of year!). On
a good day with a tail wind I can be showered and at my desk for 7am, on
a bad day 7.10am. Coming home I try to get out of the office by 3.30pm,
it takes me 15 minutes to get changed and get to my bike, I am usually
home around 5.30pm.
It's tough sometimes, I don't mind admitting, especially getting up at
that time. But always, by the time I've been in the saddle for 10
minutes I'm glad I do it. I feel fantastic by the time I get to work,
and absolutely ravenous...I eat straightaway and then go for breakfast
again at 9am. I get a bit tired sometimes just before I'm due to leave,
but I get a second wind once I'm on the bike, and crack on home. I eat
well, and sleep well on my bike commute days!
