    the bars where the headstem clamps on, get bigger?

    A local heater is inserted in the tube and when soft, pressure inflates it against a template.

    Could have been Swaheli, but Japanese sounds more like it, simply
    because I didn't see any CNC big toes being used to bend the handlebars
    :p
