I watch "Coronation Street" on Canadian tv and the restaurant scenes
usually mention the "hot pot" Is this a variety of dishes like what we
would call the special of the day? Or Blue plate special. Or is it a
specific dish? Tia....Sharon

Thanks Ophelia, I didn't know. I'll be sure to try to get there, if
my server will let me. I tried the website for the Lancashire Hotpot,
but my computer froze and gave me an error message, so I'll try it at
our local library on my next day there. (I'm the Tuesday volunteer) 🙂
