According to The Weather Channel, here in Vancouver it's 21 C, winds
are 9 km/h out of the west, and there's a few clouds (@ 6:00 PM, PST.)
Humidity is 60%, barometer says 101.something kPa and dropping.
It was a little gustier earlier, enough to create little garbage
tornadoes along West Broadway. Lots of dragonflies scootin' about.

It's very nice. My bike tan is making my birthday suit look like
a chocolate & white-stuff dessert parfait.

Here along the coast of the San Francisco peninsula the fog cleared right
about when my warm-up ended, bringing the temp from a cool 58 degrees to
about 65. When I turned towards the mountains the temp rose pretty quickly
to about 80 (no humidity to speak of) for my 2.5 mile 9.5% grade climb.
Then I turned around went back to the coast, and rode a 15mph tailwind for
13 miles at 26 to 30 mph. It's rough here too.

Heck I tossed the long underwear back in March, and I was wearing Shorts
when the temps were in the high 60(F)'s. Lately here in Toronto,
Ontario it's been positively ridiculous. It actually hit 35.5C on July
11th that's 95.9F The humidity though has made it feel like it's in the
mid 40's.... Unfortnately with the heat and humidity comes pollution,
mostly from PA, OH and NY so as soon as the temp hits 31C they issue
another SMOG advisory......

Hight 90's in Colorado on the east edge of the Rockies. But very low

It started top break here on Thursday. The humidity is still high but all
the rain has taken the edge off. Yesterday was actually sunny with 'Good'
AQI levels all through the day.

I went for a night time ride last night. By the time I got to the north end
of town the breeze was actually cool!

Saw a wascally wabbit take off like a... well... jackrabbit on the south
leg of my ride.

Here in Boulder yesterday afternoon it was 98 degrees, with 7% humidity.
Dry even for here. My brother said in Columbus it was 90 and 48 -- yikes!!

Sorry, Pat. I failed to properly edit my earlier post to note that

Yeah, ain't it awesome? My only complaints are (a) carrying more water
and (b) I begin to sweat Niagra Falls into my right eye after an hour
or so. But my legs seem to love the heat.

ARe you insane... we can't WAIT to strip off the heavy gear after six
long months of slush and snow. It's just that winter should come in
july when you need it!

I remember watching ball game a couple of weeks ago, it was in
Philadelphia. The temperature was about 95, people were just broiling
in the stands- it was about 90 here. A friend of mine said she was in
philadelphia once in the summer and said it was unbearable.

However, they showed the cheese steak concession stand- those things
look delicious!

I was in TO once during a hot spell and the air quality was horrible.
i felt sick. It's so much worse than it is here. It's like a soup.
Just awful.

low humidity, a tad breezy but not too bad. I went for an afternoon
ride, not long, but i so needed it. No ride since saturday!

feel hot once I get going, what with the wind's evaporative cooling. It

Oh it's definitely uncomfortable if you're sitting around, or packed in
with a bunch of bodies each radiating 98.6 deg F!

Not much choice- sunday it rained most of the day and was a
steambath, monday not much better, tuesday was brutal. Finally
yesterday was nice. ALso tomorrow and the weekend look great, cooler
and sunny...
