  1. In the ongoing thread there are many opinions and even some humor and
several reports of individuals. What is lacking is valid science to
support the homopathetic truth claims. When, and only when, it can
survive standard normal research measures can we give even a moments of
serious consideration. Attempts have been made and the article starting
the other thread reviewed them and all showed they didn't survive the
process, they worked as well as sugar pills, or water, or whatever form
was used. Advocates must be able to explain this failure or all are
justified in turning away from the "truth claims" leaving them in the very
large pile of "also ran" notions to have come down the pike.

Actually, there is much scientific evidence that suggest homeopathy is utter
    [censored], as well.

Why can your science not explain why homeopathic remedies work better than
    drugs mostly?

Can you please support your claim that homeopathic remedies work better than
drugs mostly? I mean real evidence.

As far as I know, there is no good evidence that homeopathy is anything but
diluted water. It only works for the quacks selling it.

You may want to put your posts inline rather than at the top. It makes it
easier to follow a conversation. Not that I am suggesting a conversation
    with you is worth following.....

  5. "Why can your science not explain why homeopathic remedies work better
    than drugs mostly?"

A strawman question, they cann't be shown to be as claimed. The original
article starting this thread tested that question, if people didn't know
if they were taking a homopathetic "drug" or a placebo the health results
were the same. Science does have an answer to the larger question, the
placebo effect is real and it prompts people to percieve things that are
not in fact there. This is why in the old days doctors gave sugar pills
for people who had various complaints, who later reported that those were
"great pills doc, they straightened me right out".

For the same reason that astrology does. People just believe in the
    stuff.

Homoeopathic doctors argue about the negatively charged energy in
the dilution everytime the medicine is vigorously vibrated . The
higher the potency the higher is the negative charge . Perhaps there
is some meaning as it works on some people suffering from
chronic diseases . IMHO Please .

Here we go again. You need a new line.

Prove that homeopathics do **NOT*** work. Prove that your statements are
    scientific and cannot be inscorrect.

Prove your name is really Jeff.

Anything that relies on the homeopathic idea of the theory of
infinitesimals *CANNOT* work because this little theory violates the
    Laws of Physics.

  11. Then me thinks your "laws of physics" are incorrect.

Oh, that is not how science works.

In fact, what you have to prove is that they DO work. Unless you do
that, science expects that they do not.

BTW, that is the basic principle of science and it is quite reasonable.
In short, you never complicate your model (e.g. laws of physics) unless
you have a real evidence of such need.

You might not agree with this method, but it got us from ancient ages to
the age of internet, tripling our average lifespan on the way.

And sometimes finds lots of evidence that they don't, too...
