Home Weightwatchers.

I beleive that the Home version contains all of the
materials we get by going to meetings plus a few other
freebies. If you don't want to go to meetings then this
might be all that you need plus the support of this
newsgroup. Many people like the online version but some have
commented that they don't like having to be online to check
points or journal. Having the materials at home or at the
store is an added bonus for many.

I ordered the At Home package last week, but haven't gotten
it yet. It's my understanding though that the At Home
package gives everything you need to do the program. After
all, you can order it over the phone and do the program even
if you don't have access to a computer.

I don't intend to join WW Online. I think that between
Fitday and the materials that an email this morning told me
have been shipped I should have everything I need without
the $180 annual charge. Of course once I really get going I
may change my mind, but I rather doubt it.

There are a lot of free resources online that give point
totals for various restaurants.

You can also get people here to figure points for you in
recipes and things if you want. Many of us have software
that does that.

www.fitday.com will give you the composition of a meal. but
I think elizabeth was referring to something else.

You may not need meetings or on line, it is different for each of us. I
must go to meetings and I use the on line so I can journal independently. I
do it on line except when we are away from home. DH writes it down for m
when we are away and the best part is that this allows me to look back at
