When I was doing some searching a while back about water rockets, I found a
video clip of some crazy Japanese guy who strapped about 20 or so of those
big bottles from a water cooler to his back, half filled them with water,
pressurized them, and then popped the caps. He was standing on a jetty at
the time and he was launched into the air and "rag dolled" around for a
while before crashing into the water. How he didn't brain himself on the
jetty I don't know.

Lights are very easy to build - I even have a version that doesn't even need
a soldering iron . Savings would depend on what you want - 40W of halogen
costs quite a bit comercially, cheap home made - and what sort of
battery/charger combo you use.

I buy them direct from the Luxeon website. It's the cheapest and they
deliver really quick. You can set up the website so that it shows
everything in Australian dollars.
