George, I can't seem to open this page either. I get "this page cannot be found" message. I went to Rockshox website but found nothing about seatposts.

Try this: http://www.sram.com/_media/pdf/rockshox/seatpost/03RSSeatpostOwnersManual_en.pdf right click and "save as"

The reason you cannot view the "HL SeatPost Manual" is because the hyperlink is bad. The seatpost manual actually exists on the CD, it's just not where the link is trying to take you when you click on it.

But there is a solution! You can locate the "HL SeatPost Manual" manually (no pun intended) on the CD. Using Windows Explorer (or a similar utility) browse over to the file located at G:\assets\trek_specific_PDFs\HL_manual.pdf. (My CD-drive is the G-Drive. Your drive letter may be different. Adjust accordingly.)
