High-durability 650c tires?

    I want to buy some nice, heavy, durable, puncture-resistant tires
    (clinchers) for training. I don't care about weight or rolling
    resistance; since this is training I figure weight is good for me.
    I'll put the light ones on for racing.

    Sadly the selection of 650c tires seems pathetic. Continental doesn't
    appear to make their gatorskins in 650c, for example. Though if
    someone can prove me wrong i'd be thrilled. Anyone have
    recommendations?

    I had another flat yesterday, this time on a small not-very-sharp rock
    about the size of a BB. It went all the way through the tire and left
    a hole. I'm tired of it! (I'm riding on Vredestein fortezza at the
    moment).

    Continental Gatorskins. I put on around 4000 miles on my last set.
    No flats ever. I rode two weeks on the Conti Supersonics, got three
    flats, went back to the Gatorskins, no flats.

    I've heard the Armadillos (not usre who makes them) are good, but I
    didn't see them in the 650c.

    I bought mine thru the local bike shop. I too couldn't find the
    gatorskins on the Conti web site. The Conti rep, via my LBS, told me
    Conti cut off production for a few months, reasons unknown.
