Yeah, those bellies really prove it.
If you see the images on their webpage they have already been losing. After
50 days at sea I wonder how thin they will be? -
If it workds for them great.........but most of us here have trouble with
carbs, and thats proven beyond a doubt, so I stick to my way of life, and
continue to loose. They can stick to theirs.
Hope they dont have trouble in a few yrs, and balloon out, will be hard to
get those carbs off the diet. All the best

FionaI don't know if I have trouble with the carbs so much as the
"munchies". Low-carb keeps the munchies away and that's a good thing.

I have trouble with *food*! LOL!
Eating less of it works for me -- no matter how that is accomplished.
:-)I'm still working on "not hungry, don't eat". I'll be happy the day I
say, "Oh! I'm hungry! Time to eat something!" and not "Hum -- I
wanna eat something. Am I hungry?" :-)August Goals: Keep BGLs in normal range; Not hungry, don't eat

By definition, you have an inability to properly metabolize
carbohydrates, and while you're to be congratulated for improving your
status, you still have a problem with carbs.Congrats on the weight loss; can't wait to welcome you to the 5% club.

Thanks, Susan -- make some room because it won't be long. :-)
