  1. What is the opinion on this plan to LC and effective to jump start???

  5. Generally, it is possible to lose weight doing an Atkins like program
    without added drugs. I don't know your product, but herbs are often drugs
    in a different form....

    I used a protein powder to try to come out around 80 grams of protein per
    day. It may not have been necessary.

    How hard is it for you to figure out how to cut carbs from your diet?

  7. You don't need some freaky herbal shake to "jump start" your diet. My
    advice would be to read about the Atkins Diet and do the 2-week
    "induction". That was an excellent "jumpstart" for me.

    However, I also hear crystal methamphetamine works great.... :-)
