A couple of years ago Kevin was riding the San Francisco GP
for Telecom. He came in something like 4th or 5th. Everyone
else was torn completely to pieces. I looked at Kevin and he
looked as fresh as he did in the morning at the start. His
jersey and shorts weren't sweat stained. His eyes didn't
have that washed out look that everyone else including
George did.

There's no doubt in my mind that if Kevin had been properly
handled that he would have been at least as good as Tyler
and I suspect he'd be quite a bit better.

aw heck, why even include the central valley at all? Give
Sacramento to LA as well. Just run all the way up the coast
to, say, Red Bluff... then cut across to the Sierras, and
head back down south as far as Lone Pine. Everything on the
edges and extreme north is ours; they get the the south and
the valley.
