Ok, So its cross season and i just cant keep myself from posting any
longer. My aplogies to all the armchair drug test experts. Feel free
to kill file me.
First, HOLY [censored] you have to check this out. This is a major shift in
the balance of the universe. Has the dark side finally won the
ultimate battle? You be the judge:

Dang baby, how hot is that?
Next topic - the state of US cross.
Ok, old news, but the nationals are still in december, same day as a
GVA trophy and a SP series race. Mr. Page cannot get decent contracts
without signing for the whole season. Every year its the same problem
trying to negotiate each race individually, etc. Considering its these
guys' living, its not a small problem for the elite. That and the
whole peaking totally out of sync with the euros, etc.
But anyway, that is all old news, its a tough issue, blah blah. You
know how i feel about it. So this year Page is not going to come back.
Just said the hell with it. The risk/reward ratio is just out of
wack.
Say what you want about his motives or whatever, that is the deal. Its
a shame cause it takes away from the jersey and more importanly the
excitement of the event, and removes an important benchmark for the
good US based riders (and there are plenty). I think it harms the
development of the sport.
Ok, thats it. Go back to your regularly scheduled programming. T/E
ratios are scintillating...
