The Smart lights are very good. I got a set from SJS last year for £16 plus
p & p off their Ebay offerings. It is surprising what some people will pay
on Ebay for goods that are readily available elsewhere often at prices lower
than the reserve. It's (the practise of paying over the odds) very
noticeable on aeromodelling goods and I've been seriously tempted to off
load some of my inventory. I think Mr Thorn is exploiting the tendency for
some folk getting infected by bid fever to drive prices up past his current
selling price but charging a premium for postage on Ebay goods is a bit
naughty. If you hang on long enopugh you'll get a set of cheap lights. It
took half a dozen attempts for me to get a 'bargain' :-)

They're not called the "Bandits of Bridgwater" for nothing! Actually, I
thought they'd reduced the postage to £2.50 on the website.

There was a time when they set up a redirect to their website from URLs
similar to that of Ediburgh Cycles. I only buy from them when I have no
other choice as their business ethics seem to leave a lot to be desired.
