Sorry man, I now how frustrating it is, I've done it myself. I once reset my Polar after riding a PB before I downloaded it.

AFAIK, the data is gone.
However, here's a tip... if you hold the two buttons and realize your mistake before releasing the buttons - *keep* holding them. You'll go past the CLR mode into setup. I'm not 100% sure but I think you'll then go back to normal but if not just enter Setup then exit it.

i did that and when i downloaded the ride appeared but was added to the end of the ride instead of the front but i was glad to hav not lost it so all i can tell you is try the download if its not there then its in cyberspace
