Since reading your post, I tried them today on the phone.
The lady, Lyn, seems helpful and knows her bike stuff. I will probably order a pr of bike shoes as I missed out on the Aldi-UK special.

Yep - worth having a look. Prices are very resonable.
I'm waiting for their winter stock... due 2nd week of May.
As for helmets, they didn't have a huge range BUT i'm sure they might be able to help you out.

Been there a couple of times.
Prices are really good on their "UNO" brand clothing and very reasonable on the rest.
Worth dropping in to.

You'll find that Uno Clothing also has some Trade Team stuff there as well. Also the prices of this stuff is quite comparable.
