No, I didn't make it... I was web surfing today and found a web site
with different websites featuring weird things. This one wasn't very
weird other than it was a watermelon, but it came from
www.StrangeCosmos.com

As far as Barbara's link went, I assumed that that particular link
contained only her stuff - sort of like my webpage has only stuff that I
put there. When I include a mention of a pic or note on my webpage and
my webpage info is in my sig line, it's a given to me that a person may
well look beyond the note to which I refer. Or they may not. If I
didn't want to allow it, I'd establish a site containing only the
material to which I'd referred.

I've encountered several picture-hosting sites that work that way. The
first time it came as a surprise, as it did to you. After that, sometimes
I'm curious about other pics, but most often not.

That the food was good and the company was pretty interesting; diverse
interests and areas of expertise and creativity. That the First Lady is
a charming and gracious hostess. We were allowed to prowl parts of the
Residence (not the private quarters upstairs) but I didn't get past the
"living room" on the main floor. The American Swedish Institute in
Minneapolis has a large collection of Swedish glassware on display in a
large cabinet. Some nice stuff.
