coverage? I think you need at least a fixed (postal) address.

Price isn't the prime consideration, although a postal address in reasonable
proximity to the destination port might be.
In any case, the situation is not quite as simple as it seems at first. There
are several tricky bits involving licence plates, taxes, North American
Insurance, etc.
And the only Green Card a Kanuk knows about is the one needed to reside in the
United States 🙂
I am still in the early planning stages, but may ask you for advice again
