  8. Ruby Tuesdays low carb menu rocks!
I had steak, salad, a piece of cheese cake. The boys got me a new outfit. (too
big too, lol, got to get a size smaller).

A food processer, and a new cool purse. Had a wonderful time. Going out for
awhile, have a couple drinks. Not sure what is low carb on drinks, or if its
even wise to have a few. I won't get drunk. Just feel like dancing and
    enjoying.

That is wonderful, Sunshyne! You should feel very proud. Smaller
    sizes, yeah!

Thank you veddy much. One question. Don't you get claustrophobic, living
on an island? My ex and I visited Kauaii (sp) for a week, and I was
crawling out of my skin. It was beautiful, and I'd go back if I could
afford it, but I felt a little panicked the whole time we were there.

You just need to pick the right island, Carol. Australia is nice
pretty much any time of the year....

*smile* I'd love to visit there. New Zealand, too.

    Close! It's Kauai.

Island living is a total "YMMV" issue. What you experienced is what we
call "rock fever". That's something I've never felt for even one
second! The ocean is to some people what land is to others. I thrive on
the negative ions eminating from the sea...nature's "valium"! If I
didn't already live oceanfront I'd love to live on a mountain top with
a 360 degree ocean view and my windows framed by palm trees!

I'm definitely in the right spot for me but island living isn't for
    everyone.

Aloha...Sue (who had a chocolate omelette this morning for the first
    time in 2 weeks!)

IIRC, both Australia and New Zealand are bigger than any of the
Hawaiian Islands so probably less chance of "rock fever".

    Aloha...Sue
