Great idea, thanks! I want to take it easy so as to avoid
any injury..your plan of a 10K in between sound great. Is
there any harm in throwing in a couple of 5k's for fun? Is
there a particular online (i.e., free) plan that you would
recommend? If it matters I'm 42 female and in relatively
good shape. and yes, in the previous post I meant "half
marathon" ;-)
