thanks for your words of support. I'm just freaking out. I can't tell you how many times this afternoon I was looking in the mirror. I just feel so ashamed.
You are what you are. No one else looks like a model, either. Take a step back and figure out where you can go from here. If you want to pay for plastic surgery you can follow that option. Or you can just wear whatever clothing makes you feel comfortable and not worry about it. Lots of guys have this - really, lots. Go stand in a Wal*Mart parking lot some Saturday morning and take a look.
In my opinion your best course of action is to not sweat the stuff you can't do anything about and spend your energy working on improving the stuff you can. THAT'S what will make you an attractive person.

Mencken (1880 - 1956) "Anyone with degrees from Yale and Harvard is presumed to be intelligent, but George W. Bush has managed to overcome that presumption."
I'm happy to say I've never dreamt about my own chest, Bill. Uh, you notice the URL on the bottom left of that page? You should recognize it as you've munged it often enough. D'OH!

If it were you, you'd be beatin' off in the mirror, and too busy to post.

Having gyno is A LOT different than man [censored]. Gyno's a serious problem.
thanks for the images. tho many of the pics are very different from the others, now I have a starting point. mine are not sagging, but the area by my pecs is not as firm as my abs. what do I do now?
Ease off the steroids and talk to your doctor.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor: http://www.abmdr.org.au/ http://www.marrow.org/
I stopped the injections. any idea if the gyno will continue? any particular type of doctor I should see? I don't have the cash for surgery.
You should see a general practitioner. He or she can confirm if it's gyno and may want to refer you on to a specialist. Messing with steroids without health insurance is very very silly. The only way to remove gyno is with surgery.

I think insurance would consider it cosmetic and not covered, but I'm not sure.
thanks for your help. I feel like crawling under a rock right now.
There are ways of using steroids that can minimise the chances of developing gyno. There're several threads in this newsgroup from years past about this, as well as websites.

Seems to be a case to case situation. Most the folk I know have not developed gyno.
I read thru some of the threads and I now see I should have done things a lot different. I just hope it does not get any worse before I come up with a plan to deal with it.

Get some Nolvadex from your doc. If he won't give you any, get tamoxifen citrate (it's the active ingredient), either liquid or powder. You can find it online. It's listed as a "research product." You need to do a proper PCT to return things to normal.

Not really.

How so?
If it gets bad enough, gyno will require expensive surgery to correct. I assimilate man [censored] with more of being fat, whereas gyno is caused by (pro)hormones.
