I'm sure these are all isolated incidents, false positives, or at worst

I always knew that guy was doping. Yeah, his eyes had that certain
look. And the way his hair flopped around. Plus he's European --
what's up with that? And sometimes he placed highly in races, and then
other times he wouldn't. Yeah it was obvious for sure.

Well, I for one am really disappointed should it prove true. I was aware of
his abilities as a junior about 10 years ago. Certainly was one of the
world' s best cyclists.

I was actually surprised when Phonak took him, cause I dunno why but
I have the impression that he is not well thought of in general.

Also, the second ex-CSC Phonacker. He had a truly stunning early
career, with points-classifications wins in the Giro and Vuelta, but he
never reached the same heights again. That kind of fading star is a
recipe for a potential doper if ever there was one.
