I think that one was Risperdol (sp?).
Most of the doctors I've seen in East Texas, not only refuse to work
(to do good testing & diagnosis), but also push this type of drugs as
hard as possible, ... even when they know for sure, that their clients
have severe adverse reactions or allergies to them.
When I saw a pain management doctor in Longview (HB) in 1998, he kept
stalling for months in having my injuries, concussion, broken arm at
shoulder, dislocated hip, etc., tested & diagnosed.
In fact, he never got around to doing good testing & diagnosis, ...
except for an MRI of the neck, which he repeatedly refused to give me
the results of, ... & an NCV/EMG of the shoulder, the results of which
he also refused to acknowledge. He sent me for bio-feedback training,
which I didn't want or need.
I had many serious injuries (spine injured from top & bottom), & a
concussion which made me lose consciousness over & over, ... but the
doc kept acting determinedly-dumb, & refusing to do the testing I'd
been promised he would by the orthopedic surgeon (SF).
Then he said, that in order to qualify for testing, I'd have to try a
new pain medicine, Risperdol (Risperdal?). When I phoned the pharmacy
to check it out, it wasn't a pain medicine. I have severe adverse
reactions to antidepressants, & the Risperdol might have scrambled my
brain forever or killed me.
When I phoned the PM doctor to ask him why he'd do such a bad thing,
he said he often did it, that it made patients easier to work with,
that it made them give up hope. And he laughed about it. He had no
intention of doing good testing & diagnosis of injuries.
Basically, these drugs are chemical lobotomies, which the docs are
using as weapons.
I hope that the doctors, who wrongly forced these drugs onto patients,
get legally hung by their sorry b*tts & b*lls in court. There's
nothing worse than a bad doctor, who enjoys doing harm.
