  1. Finally, I can run again after 2 plus months. (200 yards)

    What is the best therapy?

Ice? Running Figure 8's? More rest?

For you guys with long orange pointed hair: When you get a groin
strain, it's something you never forget. It's like a circuit breaker
    on a muscle.

  2. Hey [censored], NOBODY CARES! Just like in the last thread you posted you
    dumbass.

    ... .

Sorry, True Blue, I didn't know.

I've found that repeatedly squeezing a basketball between your knees
    helps a little.
And running at extra low speed, at 15-16 minute mile pace, helps too.

    Bye.

  10. "Mourir, un peu, may I speak to you of my leaving, for the more
father east, I follow The United Way. Well, at least, I pondered, I
have tried it, or so explained The Fortune Teller who was telling me
The Next Time, yes, The Next Better, as I have made my own sense, my
own peace, with this, as a dead woman's Right to Life's parting ...
a last partition painting The Entrance, as one enters one's new life,
as every life dies One Day, as a Gateway that one leads to a new life,
you see? I have said to you ~ This is The Pits, I am ill ~ ! So, now I
    go."
