    Either, but with grinding on the pedal you are less likely to get the
    unicycle jammed up in the rail and come to a stop. Having said that,
    grinding with the crank feels a lot more stable to me. Its entirely a
    personal preference thing.

  5. its like brian said..grinding on the pedal is better...
    but its harder too..on skinny rails u will have to grind ur pedal and
    on much wider rails u can do either one..or on blocks u can do either
    one..
