My guess is that they really are grape leaves but the person translating the
ingredients list made an error of interpretation. AFAIK, real grape leaves
are used for dolmas and other middle eastern wrapped treats (Which is I
assume what you want to make).

Grapes don't have leaves they are a fruit but the vine the fruit comes from
does have leaves.
