  1. I suffer from the above and have tried all the usual pain medications
with little relief. I was wondering if there is a dietary way to solve or
relieve my conditions .My GP gave me a blood test to see if there was some
type of crystal deposits in the joints, that was ok.I have heard that
arthritis can be made worse by consuming certain types of food that are
acidic. Can some one help me on this please as I am getting fed up with all
these drugs , and there side effects...cas

  2. What happens is that there is an irritant, which stresses cells to
release arachidonic acid, which is so biologically active that its
metabolites are too. They cause the "disease" in terms of the
symptoms. Just do a google search for something like "diet for gout"
and then also avoid any major source of unsaturated fatty acids,
especially the oils. Use fresh coconut oil or organic butter. Do not
heat food that contains cholesterol while exposed to air. So a little
meat is okay, if boiled. Boil eggs. Eat cheese or butter without
heating it, or heating it on low. Eating some berries and dark
chocolate should help too. Unless you only like to drink water, drink
organic white tea, lightly-roasted coffee (diluted as much as
possible), seltzer/club soda and/or tropical fruit juices with no
additives (make sure there are no other juices added also, such as
    apple or grape).

Results will take at least a few weeks, but everyone wants a "magic
pill," and so they go to doctors, but this rarely works. An
anti-fungal can clear up oral thrush, for example, but then you have to
stop doing whatever caused the oral thrush, or else the medication, if
taken regularly, will likely do more harm than good. This is the
situation you are in. If you need more help, feel free to contact me.

  4. Get off the grains. Most humans are not capable of
    polluting themselves with genetically modified
    substances yet.

Try it for a few weeks. Eat rice only.

  6. My father got gout several years ago, so I printed off diet information
from the internet, and since then he is gout free, without any
    medication.

The main thing is that it seems apparently healthy foods are among
those to be reduced, e.g. beans, sardines and oranges.

I recommend talking to your doctor about changing your diet. My hope
is that the doctor will say, if it is still balanced, then it shouldn't
    do any harm.
