    I just made a pot of onion soup, and melted some of the gouda on top. Came out great. But no, it's
    not smoked.

    LOL... I think during my 5 week *visit*, they moved me to different rooms 10 times. They needed
    equipment to work me over in different areas.

    Thanks. Me too. I'm debating on dinner tonight. I do not have enough of any one thing (except
    meat/fowl) to make what I want to. I'm thinking of chopping up some chicken and whipping up a
    wok creation.
