Do you think your deficit is accurate?
I don't know... how would I know?
For my part, if I can't find a food that's represented in the
dictionary, I've been inputting it. I also have been trying to
overestimate my caloric intake. The program sets my basal metabolic
rate (BMR) automatically, based on my weight and height, and my chosen
baseline activity level (excluding excercise)... my BMR today was set
according to "sedentary" baseline activity.
I'll tell you one thing, I'm a bit hungry right now. I haven't eaten
my entire allotment today, I still have a few celery stalks left I can
eat (I had a dozen buffalo wings for lunch today), but we'll see if I
survive.
I think this would be easier if I had excercised today, and I could
have eaten a more substantial dinner. That's what I get, I suppose...
