  1. For the first time today,
I tried the treadmill's program settings for hills.

It was a VERY rigorous workout.

Typically, I just put the treadmill on manual,
and do fartleks, or tempo runs.

But the random hill setting really challenged
my run, in a way that was consistent but
random enough to keep the body from adapting too
    easily.

    Any other experinces on good
treadmill programs to run ~ ?

I have been writing about that,

Well I know for certain you are not one of those two, and as far as the
other you've never conducted yourself in a professional way here, ever.
And generally speaking a professional would never do the [censored] you do
    here.

Well, brain damage would explain your behavior.

No actually I have not, nor has anyone else. You and your ramblings are
ignored by thousands, and this reply is a rare forray "into the mind of
a madwoman" that I posted in a moment of weakness.

    Quoted message said:

Wouldn't it be easier to just stop harrasing thousands of people?
Wouldn't it? You'd have no need for "protection".
