    I found this bike at a local bike shop (a friend knows the manager) and I was wondering if it is a decent deal. The bike is:

    2007 Trek 1600
    Alpha aluminum frame
    Carbon fork
    Full Shimano 105's with an Ultegra rear derailleur
    The price will be around $1200 Canadian funds.

    Good deal for the bike shop. That's kinda high for that setup.

    This was the lowest price I could find for this bike. Three other LBS's wanted $1300-$1550 for the same bike. How much better of a deal do you think I might get for this setup in October??

    I can snag an 06 CAAD8 with full Ultegra 10 speed for that price.
