  1. ....running.

(nothing beats cutting through space like that,
with no acoutrements; well, yes, ballet, good, too)

    After a month hiatus,
I put in my 3 miles today,
    With 30 min spin,
    With 30 min stairmaster.

    A climb up...
    Yoga TK.

You must have had *some* accoutrements. Or are you running barefoot in
    a nudist colony?

    training?

  3. << You must have had *some* accoutrements. Or are you running barefoot in

    True,
    As follows:

    Brooks XL
    Nike tank
    Treadmill
    Nimbae
    White socks

    Nothing more,
    Nothing less.

<< Tae kwon do? Do you find your martial arts to be good for cross
    training? >>

    Yes, helps reduce shoulder tension,
While suspended from that darn cross ~
AKA: isolation of relevant muscle groups.

  8. "The Isometric (Cubic) Crystal System

Of the seven crystal systems, the isometric system possesses the highest
symmetry. Referred to as cubic by chemical crystallographers, the unit cell is
characterized by three equal axes orthogonal to one another, so that a = b = c
    and alpha = beta = gamma = 90o."

  9. "What does isometric mean?
Isometric is a perspective where given 3 lines that are of equal length in 3
axis's their length will appear equal. What these means in simplified terms is
that if you have three 1 foot sticks and you place one pointing upwards, one
pointing away from you and one pointing directly to your right they will all
look the same length from your perspective. Such a perspective would be said to
be in a 1:1 ratio because it is as long as it is wide in 2D-pixel format. A
rough example of how this might look is shown below."
