If Mother Nature causes the enzyme which digests lactose
to disappear in humans after several years of age, maybe
"she" is trying to clue humans in to the fact that they
should not drink milk?????????
Actually (per www.notmilk.com web site), if one is a
human being then drinking cow's milk is bad for you.
Because cow's milk has three times the amount of casein
than human mother's milk.
Casein is hard for humans to digest and "gums" up the
insides of the human body. Many cases of ear infections
and strep throat just disappear once a person stops
drinking cow's milk and diary products.
bbr> Still, it's hard to avoid using milk in certain

Goat's milk has a chemical composition closer to that of
human mother's milk.
bbr> I bought some goat's milk and was surprised by how nice

Wr> Then go with it. It's perfectly good stuff.
He should "watch" to see if he suffer any health
problems from drinking goat's milk.
