Your body should stabilize at its idea of ideal weight, whatever weight that is. Follow the maintenance directions and the right thing will happen. If you really don't want to go lower add a few more calories then check a few weeks in.

I think I have a diabetes-related problem, in that I'm still in mild ketosis at the level where my blood glucose is stable. I'm trying to snack on carbs more, to try and get out of ketosis without rocking the glucose boat, but glucose comes first. However, I've got a fair bit of elbow room - BMI is 24, so I can afford to let things drift a bit and see what happens, before deliberately adding in more calories. Good game!
