I often have experienced problems with glutamate (ajinomoto, vetsin), but it seems that it is safe and that it is present in all foods like eggs, soy etc. I have no problems with these though.

Not sure what you are asking. Glutamate is a normal body chemical. Different foods have different amounts, naturally. It is also added, as "MSG" to some things, to "enhance taste". Some people react to high levels. If it bothers you, don't use it (or as much of it).
