  1. I often have experienced problems with glutamate (ajinomoto, vetsin),
but it seems that it is safe and that it is present in all foods like
eggs, soy etc. I have no problems with these though.

    Please help !

    I found http://www.food-info.net/english/topics/to.php?c=all-msg and
the main site, http://www.food-info.net seems a reliable site. Or
    isn't it ?

I forgot : if the above site is not reliable, which sites are and how
can one distinguish if you are just a normal customer like me ?

Not sure what you are asking. Glutamate is a normal body chemical.
Different foods have different amounts, naturally. It is also added,
as "MSG" to some things, to "enhance taste". Some people react to high
levels. If it bothers you, don't use it (or as much of it).

Seems reliable to me. What about http://www.food-ingredients.com ?
Does anyone have experience with them?
