What kind of glue did you use to glue a crank sensor magnic on. Were you able to remove it, if needed. I through mine last night and with polar you loose all power functions. Other than that system worked great.

Shoe Goo (also known as Goop) is the perfect adhesive for magnets. Strong, flexible and durable yet easily removable.
I used Gorilla Glue - one of the strongest glues.

I used double sided adhesive tape then wrapped a piece of electrical tape around magnet and crankarm.

i used a blob of clear silicone sealant of the kind used in bathrooms

Dude, try using RTV seal. You can get it for about $1.99 from any automotive store. RTV works great: you can sculpt it, it stays on and it's very easy to pull off. RTV is a silicon based gasket material so it's a breeze to clean off. Likewise, the nice thing is that for the most part if you're running carbon cranks, it will not interact with the resin matrix.
