Seriously, this is the first Giro that I've really followed and I don't
have a point of reference.2:48 sounds like a lot to me, but I know there's still a TON of racing

Well, all those in front of him (and it's only 5 riders) could have a bad day or
an accident. He's certainly still got a chance.
