OK i won't lie and say i'm following each day in detail. but from the "cycling headlines" all i'm reading is lance lagging behind, etc. he's not supposed to be leading or win this grand tour, right? i guess any armstrong news is good news..??

you have to love lance.
Nope-
Following how the BIG receiver of an appearance fee(Armstrong) is front and center about the 'danger' of stage 9 in Milan, celebrating the 10th anniversary? I think if nothing else he needs to be quiet, follow the leaders in the peloton(NOT him, he is a mere participant in this race) and race his bike. He needs to put on a good show for that seven figure fee, not stick his finger in the face of the Giro organization.
What's the big deal with tram tracks and cobble stones?
It's not like they're new or rare in Europe.......
Buncha whiners.
Agree. The stage was announced how long ago? The streets and route didn't change. How about a little pre-race planning in terms of equipment and tactics instead of this 'show'.
