With the understanding that I am not motivated to look up the particulars of the bikes you have mentioned, let me make a generic statement that if you aren't planning on doing any hucking AND if you are 5'9"-or-taller, that 'I' recommend that you opt for a 29er Hardtail ...
AND,. you will always get more-bang-for-your-buck if you buy a GIANT. -
Thanks, , just saw a specialized crostrail that felt ok too, giant still?, the trek store offer fitting the giant store dont is that something i should weight in the decision too or i can setup the bike myself?, thanks again for your help

FWIW. Well, many of the cognoscenti will tell you that a 'professional' fitting is a good thing ...
BUT, since 'I' finally decided to give up on anything approaching a KOPS-inspired riding position (about a half-dozen years ago) because my aging physiology revealed what I deem to be the bio-mechanical flaws in the KOPS riding position, I have to note that because the KOPS-paradigm (which I believe is still the conventional wisdom of most fitters) is what the Trek dealer will probably try to use ... well, I reckon it is worse than worthless ... at best, not a good idea ...
BUT, while I feel that anything approaching a KOPS dictated riding position is stupid-for-me & I wish I had figured THAT out way-back-when, that doesn't mean what I think I know necessarily holds true for someone-or-anyone else!
- a seemingly trivial example (for some, perhaps ALL) is the shape of the bend of the handlebar ...
- I've tried many over the years, but have a preference for two shapes -- neither of which is currently fashionable ... so be it ... BUT, obviously, other people find some of the newer shapes which I have eschewed suit them
- simply put, some preferences are simply that ... and, the fitters whom you will encounter will certainly be influenced by have THEIR preferences ...
- regardless, I can't believe that a fitting that takes less than 3+ hours will be optimal, BTW, because what feels good for 10 minutes may be excruciating after a half hour or longer ... so, ask how long (+/-) the potential fitting will be
Consequently, 'I' say get the bike that you feel you like whose frame agrees with what the online fit calculators suggest & fit-and-adjust the bike yourself (and/or, with a buddy) OR with whatever rudimentary fitting-and-adjusting suggestions which you read online ...
- a seemingly trivial example (for some, perhaps ALL) is the shape of the bend of the handlebar ...

Giant much better : )

Test ride the bikes. Buy the one that fits best, rides best, most appeals to you, and limits the damage to your wallet (if that's important to you). Without knowing any of that, there is no way to say whether one is better or not. Giant is not any better than Trek or vice versa.
