There's not much assembly. Just grate the parmesan and drop dollops of
it in a warm, nonstick skillet. It'll flatten, bubble and crisp;
depending on the size of the dollop, you might need to flip it. Some
folks bake 'em on parchment paper; no need to flip then. I think this
works with other cheeses, like smoked gouda.
