    Anyone tried the do it your self approach. Hobby Lobby has liquid latex
    cheap. I can fillet a 20" tube to work as the rim stip. Can I add more
    amonia to make the liquid latex even more "soupy" If not at least I can
    take care of some deviant latex fetish.

    I got them to work. It trimmed a pound off my bike. No worries about goat
    heads, or pinch flats now.

    I ended up using water. I experimented with the stans mix too. The stans
    works better, and is the same price if you buy from their web site. (A
    little cheaper actually) If you try it. Be careful making your rim strip.
    All you need is a 20" tube. Stretch it out over the rim. Cut it so both
    parts equally lay off the side of the rim. Install tire. Put sealant in
    it. Soak it. Inflate. Stans web gives better instructions with video

    Thanks. I might give it a try for the hell of it. I already run
    regular Stan's with his strips in all my tires.
