Well I have had great success with Atkins. I lost 75lbs and I am at
my ACE. Took only 4 months alltogether from the point I did not need
to lose anymore weight. I am trying to get other people on this diet
that need it. People would be impressed with me, ask me how I did it,
and then mention the "A" word. How can something so simple to do be
so hard to get across to other people? I went on the diet to help my
mother who needs to lose a lot of weight after a brain injury. She is
200 lbs+ and is only about 5'5''. Losing the weight would help her
move easier I figure and for help for my dad for moving her around. I
convienced my dad to lift weights and treadmill every morning but not
the diet. What is with people and eating their crappy foods? Like
pizza and candy. I think people are stuck in the Matrix like trance.
"Those in the Matrix for too long have a harder time coming out of
it." I just want to make a simple arguement that will convience
people to do the Atkins diet or something similar if anything. I show
people before and after pictures and shock them but will they diet?
No... Even now I can't get my dad to tell those brainless Dr's at the
nursing home to change up her diet. Not sure what to do. Any tips
are welcome...but I think that unless they are taught at an early age,
or are people who are open to new things, I think it is going to be a
hopeless arguement.
Thanks
