Lance Armstrong never had any expensive, elaborate blood tests.
Jan, Johan, Rasmussen, Cadel, Leipheimer, Contadoper were all exempt from such vampire analysis.

If this is true, it's freakin' hilarious. I have been wondering for a while why a news organization did not put one of the obviously doped up teams under surveillance during the Tour, especially after Vaughter's revealed how blood was being smuggled into France via motorcycle.

Assuming this is true, the police do not have the right to perform a blood test without just cause. Unless the police notified the vampires.

Doping under French law is a criminal act.

If you watched the 2007 TDF you would have seen Christian Moreni being led away for questionning by the Gendamerie (French Police) when Moreni's positive was tested.

Yeah....... But Moreni was led away after the positive.
I wouldn't think a person under French law could be led away and be forced to be tested under french law by the police because he got into a car on the word of a journalist. Maybe be tested by the vampires with that info, but not criminally. It seems that the police would need to have more of a case......

What is proves and the full article is in this months Procycling that Vino was targeted tested. If this act wasn't seen and the police weren't tipped off they wouldn't have gone to the expense (80,000 euros per test) or effort to conduct the blood transfusion test at the end of the TT..... once they got Vino they knew they had to get Kash and they did. The proves now that Vino hadn't planned to blood dope at the Tour but after his fall he got some of his fathers/relatives blood frozen up and spun dry ready for the rest day then TT.... thats my take or maybe Kash and Vino's blood got mixed up ?

No no you're missing the point.... The UCI did the test..... however when the German TV had the footage and showed the police they forced the hand of the UCI to conduct the blood transfusion test........ they couldn't get out of then...... I'll write up the whole article a bit later...

Fair point.

I am guessing here - but given that doping is an offence under French law - it might be possible that the police could request a test on the basis that a rider was conspiring to break the law??
I don't know if such a (conspiracy) provision exists under current legislation.

I do know for certain that doping is a criminal act under French legislation.

McQuaid telling the world that the UCI are on top of the dug problem, cut to Vino winning the time trial then cut to earlier that morning of said black van with blacked windows and Vino getting and then coming back an hour later..... they had to get him..... now McQuaid can still get on TV and tell the world that the UCI are on top of the problem even thou it took the police and German TV to force his hand !
