  1. I am looking for a new [censored] pack. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have asthma and diabetes so it should be large enough to fit all of
my supplies and preferably neon so that every car can see me when I
ride in the middle of the day. I am quite fat as well so it must have
    a cozy waistband.

    Suggestions?

Use a seat bag or a handlebar bag.

Pay attention, ride straight, and take the lane. The color of your
    accessories will not help you.

Not if it isn't on your waist.

I second the seat bag. I use a bell stowaway that I got for under $10
US. It's small & light enough to dissapear under my seat when riding,
but big enough to hold my wallet, keys, gels, multi-tool, (my better
half's inhaler sometimes) and a patch kit. If I then unzip the
expandable bottom part, I can even jam a spare tube in there. I
imagine it would hold your supplies in its normal, as pictured in
advertizing state. If not, I'm sure it would once you unzipped the
    lower zipper to expand it.

The stowaway is not neon, but does have a reflective strip across the
back. That strip is probably more useful in the night, however.

Packing a couple extra pounds myself, I can tell you fannypacks and
the like drive me nuts. A seat bag, however, is no comfort issue at
    all.

Example of aforementioned bag is here:

Large seat bag. Mine holds ID, keys, cash, cellular
    telephone, multi-tool, and 2 tubes.

Take your gear to the shop and find a bag that fits.

Add a cinch marker or two if you will be out at night

    Suggestions?

I have a Jandd large [censored] pack: http://www.jandd.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=FLFP
It holds my diabetes supplies, wallet, checkbook, two sets of glasses,
    keys, and various other impedimentia.

Not neon, but I think you're better off with a bright yellow
    windbreaker or vest for visibility.

What are you suggesting? This is the reality I deal with. If you want
fantasy, there are plenty of other newsgroups.
