  1. Toasted sourdough bread, seared mushroom caps and small tomatoes still in on
the vine; scrambled eggs with creme fraiche and chives. Looks good to me!

I love Ramsay's body language. He burns off energy just standing.
Sometimes I see him jumping straight up when he is talking LOL!

I saw his interview on Larry King this week. This guy has quite a personal
    life.

There's no doubt this man will never get fat 🙂

Wish I'd seen that. I know he has a nice sized family (4 kids, and two of
them twins). Imagine having a dad who cooks like that! Of course he's
probably gone a lot. But I'd eat that breakfast, for sure!

Here in my part of the world I'm having 1 link of chorizo (cut into thirds,
hope no one minds! so it will cook faster), 2 eggs over-medium and a slice
of wheat toast. Doesn't seem to compare LOL

I got a chuckle over the toast burning while he was being so careful not to
overcook the eggs. Even better was his closing line about how if you really
want to be a good boy put it on a tray and take it up and give it to the
    wife .... the breakfast :-)

See? Even professional chefs burn the toast! I noticed that comment as
well. I gather he was talking to a young man on the film crew 🙂 For all
the flaming he does (and receives) he seems to have a good sense of humour.

I've been using that recipe to cook scrambled eggs for the past couple
months and I can't go back to the old rubbery way. I don't always do the
mushrooms and tomatoes but that method of cooking eggs beats out pretty much
all other methods for me. The butter and the creme fraishe are the keys,
and the chives really add something.

I wish I knew what you-all watched that I didn't get to see. Can you tell me
    the name of the program?
    I'm jealous.
