  1. Here I am in the Fall of 2001 wpcug.caROG01.jpg

    No riding during 2002 post-op recovery, etc...

    Here I am in the summer of 2003, about 1 year after my surgery.

    ...not exactly the way to go about it, but the change in weight was noticeable, especially on the
    trail (climbing being the most noticeable)

    Now I just have to keep it off. Stupid med that I'm on has my appetite enhanced... almost anything
    looks like food (Note to self: A Wireless Mouse, BBQ'd, does not at all resemble chicken!!!)

    Sorry to Stephen Baker if that caused a keyboard mishap...
