Total [censored]. It basically is a one year suspension, since he
finished the 2004 season without missing a race.

He forfiets all competitive results after March 25, 2004, so it is a full two years.

Is he going to give back his prize $ from Superweek? Is the guy who was
2nd in the sprint competition at Superweek going to get that $? I doubt it.

He raced the entire season, probably doped up to his eye balls, raping
better (clean) riders. This is a 1 year suspension and a terrible
message to send to altheletes. It wasn't some cold medicine he was
busted for. What were they thinking?

  5. Ask USAC about this. According to the WADA rules, it is USAC's
responsibility to enforce all USADA doping sanctions. But they likely
won't touch this hot potato because they would have to explain why Amber
Neben, their star rider on T-Mobile, never returned her prize money from
the three races she was disqualified in after her suspension, including
a 2.9.1 stage race she won (Tour du Montreal).

    Dumbass -

It's only bike racing. Who cares what message they send.

You could have fooled me with all the races he lined up against us
since the suspension. Not to mention won or placed. I would call it
    suspended with PAY.
