FS: Cannondale Bad Boy - New

Guest
I bought this bike on Weds this week - brand new '04 Rigid model. Bought on
the spare of the moment and it's just not for me - I had agonised between
this and the Road Warrior and wished I had bought the latter. Bad Boy is
literally in showroom condition - ridden to the end of my street and back
twice so less than 2 miles. Unfortunately can't return to shop (not
negotiable so no point debating rights/wrongs) so will have to sell.

Bike comes with receipt and warranty card and I'll leave stuff like the bar
ends (also fitted brand new) and mini pump in with the bike. Spare inner
tube also.

Size is large.

I am looking for £560 + £25 postage using Parcel Force, unless someone can
collect from NW UK.

Email me at: [email protected]

Cheers

Should have been posted to uk.rec.cycling and rec.bicycles.marketplace but
seems to have appeared elsewhere for some reason. I can't get the hang of
this new bloody mail programme!! ;-)

Why on earth are you using Outlook Express anyway? Not only does it make
a truly dreadful job of Usenet, it's also the biggest virus vector on
the planet.

For once I agree with you. Have just obtained Forte Agent and am gonna have
a play with it tomorrow. For the record how can you tell from a post that I
used OE to post? Interesting.

Try Mozilla Thunderbird 0.8 - an excellent newsreader and mail programme.

Just think of the thrills people like me get from running so close to the
edge of danger!

The virus-vector thing isn't a compulsory feature of OE - it's actually
quite easy to make it safe to use. The problem is that MS chose a completely
**** default configuration (and I despise them for this).

Oh - why am I using it? Well, I quite like it. That's one of the great
things about having a choice of software - I'm allowed to exercise that
choice.

cheers,

Because your post contains the header:

"X-Newsreader: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1437"

Great call Tony - got it today and see what you mean. Still need to
figure out a few things but already better than OE. Thanks again for
the tip.

Paul

PS: You don't happen to be any good at selling Cannondales do you? ;-)
